SWDH EXPERIENCING PHONE PROBLEMS
Southwest District Health is currently experiencing telephone issues in our Nampa and Caldwell Southwest District Health (SWDH) offices. Over the next few weeks you may experience busy phone signals when trying to reach a SWDH representative, as we have limited phone lines.
If you call and receive a busy signal, please continue to call back so that we may help you. This issue may take several weeks to resolve as we work with a new phone provider to get our services up and working as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience and please be assured we are doing everything possible to get this situation resolved.
